Club Funding Form

The APS Club Funding Program provides financial support to UQ postgraduate clubs accredited by APS, helping them achieve their goals and enhance their academic experience.

Eligibility:
Only APS-accredited clubs can apply for funding.

Funding Allocation:

  1. Clubs can submit multiple funding applications per year, with a cap of $1,000 annually (exceptions may be considered).

  2. Additional funding up to $1,000 is available based on membership size (sliding scale).

Material Support:
Accredited clubs can request up to 2 pull-up banners and 20 custom t-shirts annually for promotional purposes.

The APS External Funding Program is dedicated to supporting initiatives led by and for UQ postgraduate students. Whether it’s organising workshops, hosting networking events, or developing social and professional activities, this program provides the financial backing needed to bring these ideas to life.

By funding projects that enrich postgraduate life, APS helps students connect, grow, and make a lasting impact within their university community.
