About: This student advisory group will help guide how ethical AI education is included across all nine Schools in the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences (HMBS).
Eligibility
Be a current student in one of HMBS’s nine Schools
Be interested in how AI is ethically and practically used in healthcare and behavioural sciences
Be able to communicate clearly
Be able to attend meetings
Be willing to review documents, gather feedback, and contribute to discussions
Your Role
Represent student views on how AI should be taught
Work with student societies to collect input and share updates
Read meeting materials in advance
Join discussions about ethics, curriculum design, and real-world AI applications
Share outcomes with students and raise any issues or suggestions to the Steering Group
