In accordance with Rule 17.3 of the APS Rules, the following list of candidates has been posted in alphabetical order, together with the names of the members who nominated each candidate.

SGM Notice 10 July 2026
Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the Association of Postgraduate Students will be held as follows:
Date: Friday, 10 July 2026
Time: 2:00 pm
Location: Gordon Greenwood Building Room 215 or online via Zoom.
Business: Election of vacant Executive Committee positions and consideration of proposed amendments to the Association’s Rules.
Only APS members are eligible to nominate candidates, vote, or appoint a proxy at the meeting. Further details, including the agenda, nomination forms and proposed rule changes, are available here.
