Club Merchandise Reimbursement Form
APS provides financial assistance to accredited postgrad clubs to produce branded merchandise for promotional activities.
Eligible clubs may claim reimbursement for:
- Club T-Shirts:Â up to $400 (incl. GST) per year.
- Pull-Up Banners:Â up to $200 (incl. GST) each, maximum two (2) banners per year.
Please complete this form after purchasing your merchandise.
Before You Order
To ensure your merchandise is eligible for reimbursement:
- Include your club logo or branding.
- Include the APS logo somewhere on the design. It does not need to be prominent.
- Obtain a tax invoice from your supplier.
- Pay the invoice and retain your receipt or proof of payment or ask APS to pay the invoice.
- Complete this form and submit all required documents to APS.
Recommended Suppliers
You are welcome to use any appropriate supplier without a conflict. The following suppliers have previously been used by APS.
T-Shirts
Greenfield Embroidery or The Print Bar
If you have never ordered shirts before, simply email the supplier with:
- your club logo
- the number of shirts required
- preferred shirt colour
- preferred print location (front, back or both)
The supplier will generally prepare a proof for approval before printing.
Pull-Up Banners
Recommended size: 850 mm (W) × 2000 mm (H)
Easy Signs provides templates that can be edited using Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar software.
A typical pull-up banner includes:
- Club logo
- APS logo
- Club name
- Short description of the club
- QR code to join or follow the club
- Social media handles
- Photos representing your activities
The supplier will send a proof before printing.
