Officer Application

APS is always looking for passionate postgraduate students to get involved and help shape the postgraduate experience at UQ. Whether you are interested in events, advocacy, leadership, communications or community building, there are a range of opportunities available.

Our Officers support events and engage with students across campus. Officers take on leadership portfolios and help deliver programs and initiatives. For example, the Ambassador Officer supports our volunteer programme, the International Officer helps deliver events and services for international students, and Social Media Officers assist with social media and student engagement. We also have campus-based Officer positions representing postgraduate students at Herston, Dutton Park and Gatton.

These roles provide an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills, build professional networks and make a meaningful contribution to the postgraduate community.
