I understand that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in my application being rejected, financial support being cancelled, recovery of any funds paid, and/or reporting to the university misconduct board.

I acknowledge that the Association of Postgraduate Students (APS) has absolute discretion in assessing applications and determining outcomes. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

I agree to use any financial assistance strictly for rent or housing-related expenses as outlined in the program guidelines. I accept that misuse of funds may make me ineligible for future support and may require repayment of amounts received.

I authorise APS to verify the information I have provided with relevant third parties (including UQ, landlords, agents, and financial institutions). I accept that APS is not responsible for delays, errors, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete details supplied by me or by third parties I nominate.

I understand that my information will be accessed by APS staff solely for the purposes of assessment, administration, and payment. De-identified data may also be used for reporting, compliance, and audit purposes. My personal data will be handled in accordance with APS policies and applicable privacy laws.
