Once a team is full, that option will no longer be available, but don’t worry—you don’t have to stay with your team throughout the day. The teams are mainly for organising bus seating (we have three buses booked), for having a designated point of contact on the day, and to ensure everyone, especially those new or alone, feels welcome and included.

You are not obligated to remain with your team or team leader throughout the day.
